Delivery Information​

Delivery times vary depending on the product ordered, whilst they can also be longer in busier/peak periods.

Enduramaxx Tanks, Filters, Diverters and Accessories

Enduramaxx Tank Delivery Service is available only in MAINLAND UK.

​

Current Delivery Time: 5 - 7 Business Days

Cost:  Included in the price

Delivery Service: 

Delivery is by Enduramaxx's own transport fleet or third-party haulier/pallet courier using either a large rigid lorry or van/flatbed trailer combination. 

Logistics will call you to arrange a delivery day and approximate delivery time.

Note: The customer is responsible for the offloading of the tank and arranging suitable manpower/machinery to unload the tank/s from the delivery vehicle.

3P Technik Tanks, Pumps, Filters, Diverters and Accessories

Current Delivery Time: 3 - 5 Working Days

Cost:  Included in the price

Delivery Service: 

3P Technik tanks will arrive on a pallet. Our courier company will call you to arrange a delivery date and time convenient to you. They will unload the pallet from the vehicle for you and, where access is possible, move the pallet to a convenient place for you to unload the tank from the pallet.

Note: The customer is responsible for the offloading of the tank and arranging suitable manpower/machinery to unload the tank/s from the delivery vehicle.

Returns

​

If you need to return an item, please email us at info@deningandco.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we will send you instructions on how to return your item.

​

Note: Please include your name, postcode and order number in the email and your reason for returning.

 

Additional Charges

​

Returning tanks can be quite an expensive and difficult process and a pick-up charge may be incurred for returning such items.

Please ensure you have ordered the correct size before your purchase to prevent unnecessary returns. There may also be a restocking fee depending on the product ordered.

 

Return Conditions

​

We must be notified of your wish to return an item within 14 days of you receiving it and goods must be packed as they were when they arrived and in pristine, unused condition.

 

Due to the high cost of transporting these large items, a pick-up charge at cost will apply for all returned items and suitable equipment or manpower will be required to load the tank.

Additionally, a restocking fee charge of up 25% will apply to all returned items (excluding IBC accessories).

 

Your refund will be minus the cost of your original outgoing delivery charge which for most of our items is included in the price.
